Bathroom Remodel

We determine which permits are required, order materials, and prepare and protect the work area.

The existing tub, shower, vanity, flooring, and finishes come out. We inspect for hidden water damage, mold, or structural issues, then adjust walls and framing as needed.

Plumbing is relocated or added, electrical, lighting, and the exhaust fan are updated, then the shower area is waterproofed with the pan and drainage set correctly.

Backer board and flooring go in and shower and wall tile is set, then the vanity, countertop, sink, and faucet are installed.

Toilet, shower fixtures, mirrors, hardware, and shower glass are installed, walls and trim are painted and caulked, then we finish inspections, the punch list, and the final walkthrough.
