We assess grade, drainage, access, and surrounding structures, locate utilities and site challenges, then finalize budget, features, and timeline.

Construction plans are drawn as required, setback, zoning, HOA, and building requirements are verified, then permits and approvals are obtained.

The work area is cleared, elevations and layout are established, and grading and drainage are addressed. Footings, piers, and posts go in and get inspected.

Beams, joists, posts, and any roof structure are built, then decking, siding, roofing, ceilings, stairs, railings, and privacy walls are installed.

Outdoor lighting, fans, outlets, and any gas or water lines are run, then outdoor kitchens, fire features, and specialty details are installed, stained, and sealed. Landscaping, inspections, and the final walkthrough close it out.
