Christopher started Kennedy's in Bastrop and runs the trade work himself, from framing and tile to the concrete he casts by hand. Stephanie leads the design conversations and keeps every project moving, so there is always someone who knows your name and your timeline. Together they have kept Kennedy's a small family shop, on purpose.

Five stages, one crew. You will know who is in your house and what is happening in it every day we are there.
Stage 1
Consultation
We start in your home, walking the space and listening to how you live before we suggest anything.

Design
We shape the layout, the finishes, and any custom details into one plan, then refine it with you until it feels right.

Stage 3
Demo
We protect the rest of your home and take the room back to a clean slate, keeping the work contained and tidy.

Stage 4

Framing & Rough-In

Walls and structural changes go in, then plumbing, electrical and HVAC are roughed in and inspected.

Build & Walkthrough

We build from the studs out, handling cabinetry, tile and surfaces ourselves, then walk it with you.
